Therapy that helps you understand what's happening—and find a way forward.
Life can become difficult in ways that aren't always easy to explain.
You may feel anxious much of the time, overwhelmed by work or family life, struggling in your relationships, or simply not feeling like yourself anymore. Sometimes people know exactly what has brought them to therapy. At other times, they only know that something isn't right.
Whatever brings you here, therapy offers the opportunity to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin making meaningful changes.
My name is Donal Reilly, and I provide psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties and other emotional challenges. I offer online therapy throughout Ireland and face-to-face appointments in Edenderry, Co. Offaly.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative and grounded in over fifteen years of experience working in mental health services, including Primary Care and the HSE. Together, we'll work to understand not only the difficulties you're experiencing, but also the patterns, relationships and life experiences that may be contributing to them.
Whether you're seeking support for a specific problem or looking to better understand yourself, therapy can provide the space to explore what matters and develop lasting change.
Is therapy right for you?
People come to therapy for many different reasons, but you may recognise yourself in some of these experiences:
You feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed more often than you'd like.
You're finding it difficult to cope with changes in your life.
Relationships have become strained or repetitive.
You're struggling with low mood, loss of confidence or self-doubt.
You're finding yourself overthinking or feeling emotionally stuck.
You want to understand yourself better and make lasting changes rather than simply getting through each day.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes the decision to seek support comes simply from recognising that life has become harder than it needs to be.
